So, the room is finally done. I’m so happy that I no longer have to look at that ugly ass purple. It seriously looked like someone had shot Barney. His blood is purple. I should know since it was all over my walls and stuff. Kidding. ;] Anyways, the green turned out a little lighter than we had hoped. The trim was supposed to be beige but it came out white instead. Both of the colors looks really good though and we are happy with the finished product. There is one thing left to do and that is buy curtains and curtain rods. We haven’t had the chance to get those yet but we will get them soon. Once we get the curtains and set them up then I will take pictures of the room and post them to Flickr. The room is the exact same size but it seems so much bigger now. Even with everything still in the room. I’m just so happy with the new look. Anyways, I just wanted to fill you all in on the room. I started work yesterday so I probably won’t be writing much. It’s not like I wrote much anyways, lol.

I can’t wait to see the finished product, it makes me want to start decorating my new place.

@Gail I’m so ready to take pictures and show you guys but I don’t want to do it until everything is completely finished.

So glad you finally got the room done, I’m sure it feels so much better. I don’t even have curtains.. we move too damn much to pay for new curtains in each place. Take pictures soon, though. I can’t wait to see it!

@Jenn I’m glad we finally got the room done too. It feels so much better and so different. I still haven’t got around to buy those damn curtains but I will soon. I would take pictures but I really want to have the curtains first.

I’m in the process of sorting my room out at the minute and it’s dragging in. I’m fed up seeing stuff half done and my things all over the place, I cannot wait til it’s completely finished.

Can’t wait to see the pics!
