Media Players

Well, I think I’m going to put a media player on my site so that you all will have something to listen to. Don’t worry though. It won’t be like those annoying blogs out there that have a media players start up when you visit them and can’t ever find the thing to pause the music. I found two different media players I’d like to use. The first is one that would be in a link on the sidebar and will pop in a small little window. The other though isn’t like that. It’s like one of those media players like on Laurie’s site. I’m not really sure which one I want to use it. I’m thinking the first one. What do you guys think? Am I just wasting my time doing this or will you guys actually listen to the music?

    I think I’d be a good idea. I’ve been to alot of sites that people have a playlist and I’m like “man I wonder what that song sounds like.”, I’m to lazt to download it in Limewire to find out I might not like it…so not only is it something to listen to, but a preview of adversity.

    Well, I just wanted to make sure someone was actually going to use that feature. I will most likely end up doing it but I won’t be able to get to until this weekend. Check back for it then :]

    Awesome!
    Good luck setting it up! can’t wait to hear it.
    I like the Box player because then people can download it and I don’t have to worry about the bandwith. LOL

    Thanks. I haven’t really decided which one I’m going to use yet. I might try out both and see which one everyone likes better. I don’t yet, lol.

    To be perfectly honest with you, the only music I listen to is my iTunes playlist. I loathe auto-load media players, and the ones that people have on their sites that don’t auto-load I usually ignore. :(

    Hmm I think it might be a good idea but I’m not sure which one I’d pick. Sorry I can’t be more help :(
