Upgrade And Update

It’s been about two weeks since I’ve updated last. I don’t have much to update on this time around either. I did upgrade to the newest Wordpress. Though I don’t see too much difference in this one and the one I had previously. Upgrading was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. I have been looking around for new layouts for the site. I haven’t really wanted to come around and post too much because I can’t seem to find anything I like. I found something today. I realized that they were templates and not actual Wordpress themes though. Does anyone know how to get them to be Wordpress themes? I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this.
